All you need to know when it comes to preparing a Huel meal is that two level scoops of our core powders = 400 kcal. But we realise that's not for everyone, so this is just a recommended serving size. If you're trying to shed some weight, simply use slightly less powder! Trying to build muscle and gain some weight? Add an extra scoop (or more!) to your shake.

Good news! We offer free delivery for all orders over 50 € (*except Croatia). If your order is under 50 €, a small delivery fee of 8 € will be charged.
