It’s important to highlight that we need to use materials with unique technical specifications to prevent the essential nutrients in Huel from degrading. One of our core principles is to reduce food waste, and this packaging will help extend shelf life and minimise rancidity.

The shelf life of unopened bottles of Huel Ready-to-drink is 15 months from production date. Don’t worry about keeping track, there’s a best before date printed on the bottle. Once you’ve opened your bottle, keep it in the fridge and drink within 12 hours. Please note, we try to send out product with as long as possible before the best before date to give you enough time to consume your Huel, however this does depend on levels of stock. There may be some cases where you receive something with 3 months until the date. If you receive something with less than three months, please reach out to us so we can help.
