Huel complete protein is a blend of hemp, faba, and pea protein, which gives a complete amino acid profile. Each serving (29g) contains 20g of protein and is 105 kcal. Unlike most Huel products, Complete Protein isn't a meal – it's a protein powder. Each serving contains 105 kcal (vs. 400 kcal for both Powder v3.1 and Black Edition) and is packed full of the good stuff your body needs to thrive, as well as high-quality, plant-based protein. Complete Protein offers the highest concentration of protein per kcal of all Huel products.

Our Complete Protein only contains plant-based proteins. Research has shown that plant-based foods cause fewer adverse environmental effects per unit of weight, serving, energy, and protein weight than animal-sourced foods such as whey protein in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, land use, energy use, acidification, and water pollution.

How do I make it?

It's super easy! Just follow these simple steps:

- Add 300ml water to your shaker (approximately half-way to the fill line) - Add one scoop of Complete Protein (29g) - Shake hard for 10 seconds

One scoop (29g) = 20g protein = 105kcal

The great news is that we have successfully created a recyclable pouch for Huel Complete Protein. This has helped reduce the amount of plastic waste which ends up in the environment but also significantly reduces the amount of carbon created due to the packaging.

We offer free delivery for all orders over 50 € (*except Croatia). If your order is under 50 €, a small delivery fee of 8 € will be charged.
