How do I prepare Hot & Savoury?

Microwave instructions: Empty pouch into bowl or reusable pot. Add 190ml cold water. Stir well. Cover loosely and microwave on full powder for 1 min 30 seconds. Stir, re-cover loosely and microwave for 1 min. Stand for 5 mins and enjoy!

What is Huel Hot & Savoury?

Huel Hot & Savoury is a range of nutritionally complete, plant-based hot meals, made with real whole food ingredients including rice, pasta, vegetables, herbs and spices. Simply rehydrate with boiling water, leave for five minutes, and you've got a warm and tasty meal ready to go!

What has changed with Hot & Savoury?

Hot & Savoury Pouches were a multi-serve format offering seven portions of Hot & Savoury in one pouch. They presented challenges with uneven portions, making it difficult to achieve consistent servings and optimal taste or texture. We transitioned to Meal Packs in December 2024 to ensure consistent servings, improved taste, and better overall experience. Our Meal Packs deliver perfectly portioned, consistent meals that are convenient and easy to use.

Can Huel Hot & Savoury help me lose weight?

Huel Hot & Savoury is not a weight loss product – it’s nutritionally complete food. Depending on your goals, you can use it to lose, maintain, or gain weight, or to simply improve your diet. Every Huel calorie is already worked out, so there’s no need to calculate it. You can read more here.
