A two-scoop serving of Huel Black Edition is a nutritionally complete meal, containing 400 calories, a good amount of fibre and fats, and a low GI.

Huel Black Edition is quick and easy to make. Simply add two level scoops (90g) to 500ml of cold water, then shake well for around 20 seconds. For a colder, more refreshing shake, add ice, and if you prefer a smoother texture, blending works well too.

Some Hueligans also like to prepare it with milk or a plant-based milk instead of water for a creamier taste. Feel free to experiment and find what you enjoy most!
