Huel contains a high amount of fibre, and a typical Western diet is low in fibre, so it can take a little while for your body to get used to it. If you’re suffering, try easing into it by having 1 Huel meal a day, and then slowly build up.
Huel Powder and Black Edition are low FODMAP. Huel Ready-to-drink and Huel Bars aren’t low FODMAP. Huel flavour boosts are also not low FODMAP, but because such small amounts are used, they shouldn’t cause any issues.
