Returns Policy

If you’re in the UK or EU and you ordered online, and you change your mind, then as long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, we will accept a return. To obtain a refund you need to return your product within 14 days of letting us know.

Your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a refund. You must also return your items with any included accessories (where applicable).

Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request you keep this in mind before initiating a return - thank you for your understanding.

Cancelling orders

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
