How much is delivery?

Good news! We offer free delivery for all orders over 50 € (*except Croatia). If your order is under 50 €, a small delivery fee of 8 € will be charged.

We ship from within Europe so you don’t need to worry about taxes and customs duties.

When will I receive my order?

Your local courier will contact you via email/text when your order has been shipped. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following working day.

Please note, on national holidays it is highly likely our delivery partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your Huel order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note, we can't promise home delivery in customer's absence and parcels can be redirected to parcel shop depending on carrier's process

Who will deliver my order?

We use DHL, DPD or Nacex for most deliveries to the EU, but in some countries these will be handed over to a local carrier once they enter the destination country.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Unfortunately there is a shipping fee surcharge applicable for Finnish customers ordering to the out-of-area Finnish postcodes. This shipping fee surcharge is a flat rate of €30, regardless of the weight of the order. To check if your postcode is impacted, click here.

Can I order if I live in an outer area or on an island?

Due to regulations for the importation of food, at the moment we cannot deliver Huel to the Canary Islands.

If you have a question about a particular island, please get in touch here and we will do our best to help you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.

You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Can I return my order?

If you’re in the UK or EU and you ordered online, and you change your mind, then as long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, we will accept a return. To obtain a refund you need to return your product within 14 days of letting us know. Take a look at our Returns Policy for more information.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact eu@help.huel.com within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
